All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," personal preference, or accidental orders. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will make it right.

• Reporting Window: You must notify us of any defects within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Evidence Required: Please email a photo of the defect and your order number to [email protected].
• Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund to the original payment method will be issued.
